Carolyn Watanabe started Aloha Property Network with her mother Lily. Between them, they have over 40 years of experience in real estate. Carolyn also has tons of experience in the hospitality industry. She has worked in hotels, condos, vacation ownership (timeshare), and vacation rentals. 

At Aloha Property Network Carolyn’s main responsibility is to listen to your story and find out where to start. She will listen to how you got to where you are now and ask you where you wish to go. From there she will look for options and alternatives for you to choose from and develop goals and direction.

Lily Ochoco has spent a lifetime working with families in hardship. Lily has dedicated her career as a Public Health Nurse for the Hawaii’s Department of Health and has worked with a variety of families and with a network of experts that help families. She also has many years of experience in real estate and buying and selling homes.

Lily specializes in cases involving seniors. There are some cases where a property is facing foreclosure, but the deed is stuck in a deceased parent’s name, so the surviving children are unable to sell. There are some cases where a parent wants to move to assisted living facility, but the property is in a complicated irrevocable trust. Lily is great with puzzles and is patient enough to take on the complicated cases.
